Our mobile bar service, Sips ‘n Saddles, offers the perfect accompaniment to your next private party. Fully licensed bar service with certified and experienced bartenders, we will come to you to provide the adult beverages for your guests.
Our services include a range of Open Bar packages for every budget, as well as Cash Bar options.
We are happy to fully customize your bar service, including liquor brand preferences, create custom or original cocktails, offer full liquor selection or simply beer and wine. Of course, we can provide the soft drinks as well.

Sips ‘n Saddles bar package services are for five hours, Cocktail Hour & Dinner/Reception Service with 2 Bartenders (1 bartender per 75 guests) & Barback.
Additional bars can be set-up in alternate locations for an additional cost.
Welcome Bar (pre-ceremony) service is available 1 hour before ceremony.

Alcohol not procured by River Winds Events/Sips ‘n Saddles is prohibited. If there is consumption of alcohol not procured by River Winds Events/Sips ‘n Saddles at the event, bar service will shut down & Client will be responsible for Service Fee & up to $1500.00 bar service minimum sale agreement.
Price is per person. Maine State Tax and gratuity are not included. A non-refundable deposit of $600 is due upon signing of the contract & will lock-in pricing. You may choose your package up to 15 days before your event. The contract payment is due with final head count (15) days prior to the event and should coincide with your catering contract head count for all adults 21+ year old. If you are allowing bar service for your vendors, they also must be included your bar service contract. Extra guests will be billed the day of your event.
*Our per person price is based on a minimum guest count of 100. There may be a small per person price increase should your guest count drop significantly below that number. Minimum guests’ requirement can be waived upon mutual agreement between the Client & River Winds Events/Sips n’ Saddles.
